Dance Conditioning

Our Specialized Conditioning method is engineered to strengthen, prevent injury and improve stamina, so your child can keep dancing!

Our Conditioning Program Designer, Sarah Christensen, has a Masters Degree from Brigham Young University in Athletic Training, and her coursework was specifically focused on the special issues important to Irish Dance training.
Your child will be challenged, inspired and will develop healthy habits that will last them a lifetime!
